Rhino Software has over 12 years of experience developing database-centric desktop software and client/server applications using the PowerBuilder programming language and Sybase SQL Anywhere database engine. Our President and Chief Software Developer, Steve Severino, has over 21 years of work experience designing database-centric applications for large companies (such as AMP / Tyco Electronics) as well as our own small company that develops and sells software directly to the public.

All software development is done in-house by Rhino Software (we're located in central Pennsylvania). We do not employ offshore consultants in any of our projects.
