Going Out of Business Effective immediately, we will no longer be taking software orders and will be discontinuing our file download service. This website will remain up through the month of February 2010, and then will be removed. As many of our current customers know, I began working full-time as an Application Design Analyst for The Hershey Company starting in June 2009. At that time, I shifted Rhino Software to a part-time software development business. Not much has happened in the Rhino world since my transition back to Corporate America. It's quite apparent that the new demands on my time prevent me from adequately running the fantasy sports portion of Rhino Software, which is a full-time job unto itself. Providing a high quality product and top-notch customer service has always been vitally important to me, and that's really no longer possible under my current circumstances. Therefore, it's time to move on. |
Although Rhino Software did experience its share of struggles over the years, particularly from a financial perspective, there were many things to be proud of during our 15 years in business. I'm especially proud of Rhino Baseball and the fun it brought to numerous fantasy baseball fanatics over the past decade. I would like to take this opportunity to extend my heartfelt thanks to our faithful customer base. Many of you have stuck with us for years, shared kind words about our sports products and services, and many of you have become friends. It is you folks who have made all the years of hard work and late nights worthwhile. Thanks again.
On a final note for those of you who might be curious, I'm still
working on my fantasy miniatures wargame. There's a strong possibility that I'll
be forming a new small business in the later half of 2010 or 2011 to handle the
publication of this game and any future tabletop gaming products. I'm not going
to disappear from the game design / software design landscape entirely.
Best of luck to you in 2010. |
